Horn Distribution UK Ltd was established in October 2022 following the acquisition of the UK office of Alps Alpine Europe GmbH by Horn Distribution S.A., based in Warsaw, Poland. Both companies have common roots from many years of cooperation and distribution of products of the Alpine brand, one of the world's largest independent manufacturers of electromechanical components and in-vehicle infotainment products.

Alps Alpine Europe GmbH (a subsidiary of Alps Alpine Co., Ltd, founded in Japan in 1948) has been serving European customers for over 40 years in many major European cities, including the UK office in Milton Keynes.

Horn Distribution UK Ltd's parent company, Horn Distribution S.A., established in 1991, is the core of a group of related companies operating in Poland and a total of 17 European markets.

In Poland, the group also includes FNCE S.A., a distribution company with related activities, and Audio Video Design Sp. z o.o., which operates two audio-video retail chains, Denon Store and Audio-Forum.
Teams of professionals in the Horn Group's sister companies develop our distribution and retail activities in Hungary, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Germany, Romania, Finland and the Netherlands. Our sales teams can also be found in Latvia, Estonia, Slovakia, Bulgaria or the rest of the Benelux.
In 2022, Audio-Forum Italia in Italy, Simex in Finland and Latham Audio in the Netherlands joined the group.

Horn Distribution UK Ltd's current offering builds on its track record and is closely linked to the high level of expertise of its team, which has been active in car audio for many years and is closely associated with the Alpine brand.

Using the experience and logistical and distribution capabilities of the Horn Group companies, we will develop the distribution of a wider range of products within home audio and other modern products. From the outset we have included products from our own brand of loudspeakers and cable solutions, Wilson. Horn Distribution UK Ltd's product portfolio will be developed according to the needs of the local market, building on our excellent relationships with the world's leading audio and video brands.
